The Plano Balloon Bust
{For the second strait year we have headed to the Plano Balloon Festival, only to have it rained out and cancelled. This yellow balloon was the only balloon Carter got to see (it was supposed to be Hot Air Balloons) but he didn't seem to mind too much, and had a great time running around and exploring.}
